Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SerpYard ("we", "us"). They apply when you use serpyard.com or buy anything from us. If you don't agree, don't use the site or buy from us.

1. What we sell

  • Aged and expired domains.
  • Backlink services: PBN, guest posts, blogroll, comment and .edu links, and packages of these.
  • Content editing and custom work, quoted case by case.

We sell our own stock. We are not a marketplace for other sellers.

2. Accounts and domain names

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
  • You buy as a business or for business use, not as a consumer.
  • One account per person or company. Keep your login private.
  • Backlink source sites are hidden until you make a deposit or we share them with you. Either way, they are for your own buying decisions only.
  • You may not copy, scrape, resell or publish our lists, names or metrics.
  • We may limit how many names you can see per day.
  • We may close an account that breaks this section. If we do, the remaining balance is forfeited and not refunded.

3. Prices, payment and deposits

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • We accept USDT and Wise. The network and the account to pay are shown on the deposit page. You pay any network or transfer fees.
  • Your order is confirmed only when your payment has fully arrived. Before that, an item may sell to someone else.
  • The deposit is at least USD 5. It becomes balance you can spend on our domains and services. Balance is not cash. It can't be withdrawn or refunded, and it can't be moved to another account.
  • Wise payment details are sent privately after you order. They are never shown on the site.
  • Any refund in these terms goes back by the method you paid with, minus network or transfer fees.
  • If you open a chargeback or payment dispute after we delivered, we close your account, and section 2 applies to any remaining balance.

4. Domain purchases

  • We check each domain before listing it: its history, Google indexing, metrics and blocklist status. We record the date of each check. Shortly before handover we check again.
  • We hand over by pushing the domain to your account at the registrar it already sits at. Each listing shows that registrar. We don't transfer domains to other registrars. If you have no account at that registrar, create one before you buy.
  • If we can't hand over a domain you paid for (it fails our pre-handover check, the push fails, or we cancel under this section), we refund you in full.
  • Once the push is done, the sale is final. Domains are sold as is, with no warranty.
  • Metrics (DA, PA, DR, UR, spam score, traffic) come from third-party tools on the date shown. They change over time, and different tools give different numbers. They are estimates, not promises.
  • We don't sell domains for gambling, adult or pharmaceutical sites (including Viagra and similar drugs). If we learn that's the plan, we may refuse or cancel the sale before handover.
  • After handover, you are responsible for renewals and for how you use the domain.
  • You give us the target URL and anchor text for each link. Check them before you pay. Changes after work starts may not be possible.
  • Before we send your report, we check each link: the page loads, the link points to your URL with your anchor, the content isn't auto-generated junk, and the page is indexed if your package promises that. Links that fail are fixed or replaced before delivery.
  • Links sit on websites we don't own. Their owners can change or remove pages at any time.
  • Lifetime replacement: if a delivered link becomes defective at any time, we replace it with a new link of the same type, free. Defective means the page is gone (404 or 403), the link was removed, or it no longer points to your URL with your anchor.
  • We replace links. We don't refund them. If we can no longer get a link of the same type, we add its original price to your balance instead.
  • Not covered: changes you make to your own site (your target URL removed, redirected or blocked), search engine penalties, deindexing or lost rankings, and links on accounts closed under section 2.
  • The guarantee lasts as long as SerpYard sells backlinks.
  • To claim, send us the order code and the link on Telegram or by email.
  • You can cancel for a full refund before work starts. Once work has started, we refund only the part we can't deliver.
  • We don't take orders for gambling, adult, or pharmaceutical sites (including Viagra and similar drugs). We may also refuse or cancel any other order, for example illegal content. If we cancel after you paid, we refund it to your balance.

6. Search engine risk

  • Search engines, including Google, treat buying links for rankings as against their rules. Domains and links can be penalized, deindexed or devalued at any time.
  • We don't promise rankings, traffic, indexing (unless your package says so) or protection from penalties.
  • By buying, you accept this risk.

7. What you may not do

  • Use our domains or links for anything illegal, for malware or phishing, or to harm others.
  • Point our backlinks at, or use our domains for, gambling, adult or pharmaceutical sites.
  • Give us false payment details or impersonate someone.
  • Attack, overload or scrape the site.

8. Limits on our liability

  • The site and everything we sell are provided as is.
  • We are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic, or any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item the claim is about.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Disputes

  • Contact us first on Telegram or at [email protected]. We try to fix problems within 14 days.
  • For disputes we keep records: check dates, QC results, screenshots and chat history.

10. General

  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • If you close your own account, any remaining balance is forfeited. Spend it first.
  • If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.

11. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes, and we post the new version on this page.
  • Orders already paid follow the terms in force when you paid.
